On this page

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of RideReply, including the RideReply website, iOS app, and related services. By creating an account or using RideReply, you agree to this EULA.

1. RideReply Service

RideReply lets users send and receive private vehicle-related messages connected to license plates. The service is intended for respectful, practical driver alerts, such as lights left on, blocked driveways, vehicle issues, or similar non-emergency communication.

RideReply is not an emergency service. Do not use RideReply for urgent safety, medical, law enforcement, roadside emergency, or emergency response needs.

2. Account Requirements

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

RideReply may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this EULA or create risk for other users, the public, or RideReply.

3. User-Generated Content

RideReply allows users to create and send messages and submit plate-verification content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

You may not submit, send, upload, or encourage content that is:

  • Harassing, bullying, threatening, abusive, or hateful
  • Obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
  • Discriminatory or targeted at protected characteristics
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or unwanted solicitation
  • Invasive of privacy or designed to reveal personal information
  • Encouraging illegal, unsafe, or harmful activity
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
  • Infringing intellectual property or other legal rights

RideReply has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

4. Message Review and Moderation

RideReply may use automated review, manual review, user reports, blocking tools, and other moderation methods to reduce objectionable content and abusive behavior.

RideReply may reject, remove, hide, or limit content at any time. RideReply may suspend or terminate users who submit objectionable content or abuse the service.

RideReply reviews reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior and intends to act on valid reports within 24 hours by removing offending content where appropriate and ejecting users who provided the offending content.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Removing Content

Users can report objectionable messages or inappropriate activity. Users can also block abusive users and remove conversations from their message history.

Removing a conversation hides it from your account view. RideReply may retain records needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operations.

6. Plate Verification Uploads

RideReply may ask you to submit a license plate registration image to verify a plate. You should blur, cover, or otherwise remove personal address information before uploading verification images.

Verification uploads are used for manual plate review and should not be used for unrelated purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use RideReply to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone
  • Attempt to identify, expose, or collect personal information about another user
  • Use RideReply for emergency or law-enforcement reporting
  • Interfere with, abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to bypass content review, blocking, account limits, or security measures
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scraping, or unauthorized access methods

8. Privacy

Your use of RideReply is also governed by the RideReply Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how RideReply collects, uses, and protects information.

9. Apple Terms

If you use RideReply through the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for RideReply or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. No Warranty

RideReply is provided “as is” and “as available.” RideReply does not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, verification approval, or that all objectionable content will be detected before it is seen.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideReply and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to This EULA

RideReply may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of RideReply after updates means you accept the updated terms.
