RideReply (“RideReply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides private plate-to-plate messaging tools that let users send and receive vehicle-related alerts and replies. Push Notifications

If you allow push notifications, RideReply may send notifications about new messages or account-related activity. You can control push notification permissions through your device settings.

Push notification tokens are used only to deliver notifications to your device and are linked to your RideReply account so notifications can reach the correct user.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We may use vendors or hosting providers that help us operate RideReply, such as website hosting, app infrastructure, email delivery, security, or notification delivery.

You may request deletion of your RideReply account through the app or by contacting us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet or mobile service can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

RideReply is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
